Team Based Learning (TBL)

Hospitality Marketing 1 is based on a foundation of team based learning. The principle behind it suggests that you will learn more quickly and deeply with a small group of learners than by yourself.

Team Based Learning (TBL) is a structured way to apply collaborative, engaged way using the flipped classroom model. The University of British Columbia provides an answer to “What is Team Based Learning?” here.

The easiest way to grasp the TBL concept is to see it in action, and listen to students and teachers who use it.
